中小型企业展示会

On Tuesday, 13 December 2022, SingCham Shanghai successfully held an event titled ‘SMEs Showcase Session’ at Ascendas Plaza. This is a session for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to showcase their products and services to large corporations. It attracted over 50 SingCham Shanghai members and friends from the building and environment industry to attend.

中国新加坡商会-上海于2022年12月13日（星期二）在腾飞大厦成功举办了“中小型企业展示会”。这是中小企业向大企业展示产品和服务的机会。会议吸引了50多名来自建筑及环保行业的商会会员和朋友参加。

Mr. William Chang, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of SingCham Shanghai and Senior Vice President at Sembcorp Industries Ltd. China Regional Headquarter, gave the opening address and hosted the event.

中国新加坡商会副主席兼秘书长、胜科工业有限公司中国区总部高级副总裁-曾广仁先生致开幕词并主持了会议。

The event was divided into two sessions - “Roundtable Dialogue”, allowing both large corporations and SMEs to sit in a roundtable setting and introduce themselves. The other was the “Booth Showcase” session. SMEs displayed their products, banners and brochures as a display to showcase to all the attendees.

活动分为“圆桌对话”和“展台展示”两部分。在“圆桌对话”部分，大企业和中小企业都做了详细的自我介绍。而在“展台展示”环节，中小企业向所有的与会者展示了他们的产品及带有企业文化的横幅和小册子。

The “Roundtable Dialogue” session started with the self-introduction of the large corporations from Sembcorp Industries, CapitaLand China, ST Electronics, Mapletree and Keppel Land China. Each corporate elaborated its business coverage and potential collaboration chances to the audience.

“圆桌对话”环节是由来自胜科工业集团、凯德集团(中国)、新钶电子(上海)有限公司、丰树集团及吉宝置地(中国)的大型企业的代表开始自我介绍。每家企业的代表都详细介绍了自己企业的业务范围和潜在的合作机会。

Mr. William Chang started introducing Sembcorp and its coverage in renewable energy in particular solar and wind energy, sustainable solution as well as urban development. From the urban development business, Nanjing Eco Island would be focusing on smart infrastructure next year such as schools, hospitals and roads.  There could also be opportunities in Chengdu High Tech development project. Mr. Wang Bin VP Sembcorp China elaborated on renewable energy projects being developed.

曾广仁先生先介绍了介绍胜科及其在可再生能源(特别是太阳能和风能)、可持续解决方案以及城市发展方面的业务。从城市发展业务来看，南京生态岛明年将重点发展学校、医院和道路等智能基础设施。在成都高新技术开发项目上也有很多机会。胜科中国副总裁Wang Bin先生详细介绍了正在开发的可再生能源项目。

Mr. Aaron Wang, General Manager of the Construction Management and Support Centre at CapitaLand China, introduced the history, development and current situation of CapitaLand China. Aaron pointed out that CapitaLand China is a relatively diversified real estate development enterprise in China. They believed that asset is not just a single business form, and they had successfully developed in China with this concept. CapitaLand China has many real estate developments in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing, Chengdu, Xi 'an, Central Chongqing and Wuhan. At current, there are a few ongoing residential projects. In the last five years, CapitaLand also branches out to focus on new economies, including logistics and data centers. As a Singapore real estate company with deep roots in China, they will keep learning and look forward to having more and more cooperation with other companies in the future to explore these markets together.

凯德地产（中国）建筑管理支持中心的总经理王隽先生介绍了凯德地产(中国)的企业历史、发展和现状。王隽先生指出，凯德地产(中国)是中国相对多元化的房地产开发企业。他们相信资产不仅仅是一种单一的商业形态，并以此理念在中国成功发展。凯德分别在长三角、珠三角、北京、成都、西安、重庆中部、武汉等地均有房地产开发项目。目前也有几个住宅项目正在进行中。在过去五年中，凯德还将业务拓展到新经济领域，其中包括物流和数据中心。作为一家扎根中国的新加坡房地产综合企业，他们将继续学习，并期待在未来与其他公司有更多的合作机会，共同开拓中国市场。

Mr. Edmund Koh, General Manager at ST Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, mentioned that ST Engineering provides electronic solutions to railways and ICT solutions to building systems. A few projects include supplying the security system for Jinmao Tower, Major Venue and museums. They are currently expanding their solutions to residential and commercial businesses. ST Electronics had a joint project with CapitaLand in Xi’an City and welcome more collaboration with other companies to seek more business opportunities in China.

新钶电子(上海)有限公司总经理许敬文先生作为企业代表介绍了新钶电子。新钶电子主要是为铁路系统提供电子解决方案以及为建筑系统提供ICT解决方案。新钶电子也为金茂大厦、一大会址和博物馆等了提供安全系统。他们目前正在向住宅和商业领域开发解决方案。目前，新钶电子与凯德集团在西安有合作的项目。他们期待能与其他公司开展更多合作，在中国寻求更多的商机。

Ms. Sabrina Wang, Deputy General Manager at Procurement Logistics Mapletree, introduced the background of Mapletree. Mapletree is a Singapore corporation, and Mapletree China’s headquarter is in Shanghai. Their business coverage includes real estate, logistics, and data centers. Sabrina emphasized that Mapletree, is also responsible for ESG (Environment, Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance). Mapletree wishes to continue its communication with all the companies after the event, and generate more business opportunities and collaboration together.

丰树集团物流地产采购部副总经理王玉女士介绍了丰树集团的企业背景。丰树集团是一家新加坡公司，其中国总部设立在上海。他们的业务范围包括房地产、物流和数据中心。王玉女士强调丰树集团在发展的同时也注重企业环境、社会、公司治理绩效的理念。丰树希望在活动结束后继续与各企业沟通，共同创造更多的商机与合作机会。

Due to some official reason, the representatives of Keppel Land China were unable to attend. They, however, asked to rely on a message wishing to interact with companies separately after the event.

由于一些原因，吉宝置地集团的代表未能出席。他们希望在活动结束后能与其他公司做一对一的互动。

At the “Booth Showcase” session, ten companies displayed their products and services in their booth. There was a lot of interaction between corporates and SMEs during the showcase session and SMEs had a chance to showcase their essentials to the corporates. Attendees exchanged contacts and next meetup time for potential business collaboration together.

在“展台展示”环节，十家公司在各自的展位上展示了他们的产品和服务。中小企业有机会向其他企业展示他们的产品与服务，这让企业与企业之间有了更多的互动。与会者们交换了联系方式，并约好了下一次会面的时间，希望可以共同挖掘潜在的业务合作机会。
