SingCham Shanghai Election of Executive Committee for 2024-2026 – Preliminary List of Members with Voting Rights

Dear SingCham Shanghai Members,
This is the preliminary list of the members who are eligible to vote based on the information provided to us as at 3 p.m. on 18 August 2024. Currently, there are 117 eligible corporate members and 52 eligible individual members.
According to the SingCham Constitution and By-Laws, if any member has any comments on this list, please submit it to the Election Committee within 3 days after the announcement of this list.
Notwithstanding the above requirements, the Election Committee understands the busy schedule of our chamber members and would thus like to request all members to update your information and particulars (if there is any change of your information or particulars registered with SingCham Shanghai) before the end of 21 August 2024, failing which, it may be deemed ineligible to vote or be nominated.
The final list of eligible members to vote will be announced on 23 August 2024.
Kindly note that based on the SingCham Constitution and By-Laws, the total committee number of a SingCham branch shall be an odd number which shall not exceed 20% of the total members with voting rights, thus the total committee number of the SingCham Shanghai Exco may have to be adjusted based on the total number of eligible members.
