SingCham Shanghai Election of Executive Committee for 2022-2024 – Preliminary List of Members with Voting Rights

Dear SingCham Shanghai Members,
This is the preliminary list of the members who are eligible to vote based on the information provided to us as at 3 p.m. on 4 September 2022. Currently, there are 76 eligible corporate members and 78 eligible individual members
According to the SingCham Constitution and By-Laws, if any member has any comments on this list, please submit it to the Election Committee within 3 days after the announcement of this list.
Notwithstanding the above requirements, the Election Committee understands the busy schedule of our chamber members and would thus like to request all members to update your information and particulars (if there is any change of your information or particulars registered with SingCham Shanghai) before the end of 8 September 2022, failing which, it may be deemed ineligible to vote or be nominated.
The final list of eligible members to vote will be announced on 10 September 2022.
Kindly note that based on the SingCham Constitution and By-Laws, the total committee number of a SingCham branch shall be an odd number which shall not exceed 20% of the total members with voting rights, thus the total committee number of the SingCham Shanghai Exco may have to be adjusted based on the total number of eligible members.
