Members with Voting Rights for the Election of Executive Committee for 2020-2022

To: All Members of SingCham Shanghai

This is the preliminary list of the members who are eligible to vote based on the information provided to us as at 3 p.m. on 31 August 2020.  Currently, there are 58 eligible corporate and individual members. 

According to the SingCham Constitution and By-Laws, if any member has any comments on this list, please email to the Election Committee membership@singcham-shanghai.org within 3 days after the announcement of this list. 

The Election Committee has also received feedback from some members that they could not update their membership information due to their busy schedule. Given the objectives of SingCham, the deadline to update the member’s information has been extended to the end of 7 September 2020, failing which, it may be deemed ineligible to vote or be nominated.  

The final list of eligible members to vote will be announced on 11 September 2020. 

Kindly note that based on the SingCham Constitution and By-Laws, the total committee number of a SingCham branch shall be an odd number which shall not exceed 20% of the total members with voting rights, thus the total committee number of the SingCham Shanghai Exco may have to be reduced based on the total number of eligible members.
