As the global market gradually returns to normal, multinational corporations and businesses are increasingly focusing on trade flows with China. Currently, the spotlight is on adopting the "go-out" strategy to enhance global market presence and supply chain efficiency. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) stands out as a key element in this optimization process.

随着全球市场逐渐恢复正常，跨国公司和企业越来越关注与中国的贸易流动。当前的焦点是采取“走出去”战略，提高全球市场存在和供应链效率。区域全面经济伙伴关系（RCEP）是这一优化过程中的一个关键因素。

On December 11, 2023, SingCham Shanghai organized a SoBiz talk titled “RCEP's Role in the Future of Global Supply Chains” for speakers to discuss these developments and offer valuable insights to help businesses navigate these changes effectively. This event is supported by Singapore Global Network (SGN), KPMG China, and TC Group.

2023年12月11日，中国新加坡商会上海举办了一场SoBiz讲座，邀请演讲嘉宾针对这些发展提供宝贵的见解，帮助企业有效应对这些变化。此次活动得到了新加坡全球联系司，毕马威企业咨询 (中国)和TC Group的大力支持。

Four esteemed speakers in the field of international trade were invited to share their thoughts. They are: Mr Harry Zhang (National Lead Partner – Intl Trade & Customs) and Ms Nicole Sun (Director – Intl Trade & Customs) of KPMG, Ms Garbo Chen (Director – Legal Consulting) from TC Group, and Ms Chris Mao (Managing Director Head – Greater China Connects) from OCBC Bank.

活动邀请到四位国际贸易领域的资深人士分享真知灼见，分别是来自毕马威中国的张浩炜先生（主管合伙人 - 供应链与国际贸易）、孙君璐女士（总监 - 供应链与国际贸易），TC Group的陈家宝女士（总监– 法务咨询），以及华侨银行的毛航宇女士（董事总经理 – 海外业务发展部）。

Mr Zhang and Ms Sun gave an overview on the evolving supply chain and tax landscape in China. They pointed out that as the global supply chain faces emerging concerns such as sanctions and export controls, it is important to adjust supply chain structure and management methods for more flexible, secure and resilient supply chains. They also shared on the year-end transfer pricing adjustment for MNCs.

张先生和孙女士就当今中国供应链和税收环境的变化展开了分享。他们指出，由于全球供应链面临制裁和出口管制等新问题，因此必须调整供应链结构和管理方法，以提高供应链的灵活性、安全性和弹性。他们还就跨国公司年末转让定价调整进行了分享。

Ms Chen shared comprehensively on cross-border investment structuring risks and strategies, and cited relevant laws and real-life case studies to illustrate her point.

Ms Mao shared on growth opportunities RCEP stand to bring, and how OCBC’s strong presence In China-Southeast Asia can benefit clients.

毛女士围绕“联动东盟解锁新机遇”展开发言，介绍RCEP所能带来的新机遇，以及华侨银行在中国乃至东南亚的强劲存在可以如何助力客户业务拓展。

After the insightful sharing and intensive group discussions, attendees were treated to a delicious spread for dinner. Many attendees also continued to network and interact over dinner.
