Announcement from the SingCham Shanghai - Change of SingCham Shanghai EXCO

This is to notify you that Mr Vincent Chia, the SingCham Shanghai EXCO representative from Raffles Hospital China, has tendered his resignation from the Executive Committee ("Exco") of SingCham Shanghai as he has left Raffles Hospital China and returned to Singapore. 

Raffles Hospital China has nominated Mr Ethan Wee of Raffles Hospital China to succeed Mr Vincent Chia.

The resignation of Mr Vincent Chia and the appointment of Mr Ethan Wee as the new EXCO have been approved by all the EXCO members of SingCham Shanghai, effective from 18 April 2024 and the change of the representative by Raffles Hospital China complies with the Constitution of SingCham.

Mr Lucas Loh, Chairman of SingCham Shanghai, expresses his gratitude and best wishes to Mr Vincent Chia, acknowledging his contributions to SingCham during his tenure and past support for its activities.

The Chairman warmly welcomes Mr Ethan Wee to the EXCO and looks forward to Raffles Hospital’s contribution to continuosly supporting the development of SingCham Shanghai for its members.
