The SUKHOTHAI shanghai offers 2023 corporate rate for ALL SingCham members.

Other Terms and Conditions
§ Rate(s) are inclusive breakfast for one (1) or two (2) person(s) based on the occupants in the guestrooms and consume at URBAN Café
§ All prices quoted are in RMB and subject to a 10% service charge and 6% value-added tax rate, payable on the price together with the service charge, unless indicated as net (Executive Room net rate will be at CNY1,632.4net)
§ Should you wish to extend the above contracted rates to any of your company’s subsidiaries, please share the list of companies with us  
§ These rates are applicable for individual bookings only. Group rooms and rates will be subject to availability upon request
§ Travelers are required to present their company’s identification upon check-in for verification  
§ Promotional or package rates will be offered on a seasonal basis. Please refer to our Reservations Department for more details
§ Room category is strictly subject to availability at point of reservations

Check-in and Checkout
§ Hotel check-in time is 2.00pm.  Guests arriving before 2.00pm, it is recommended to reserve a night prior to guarantee for early arrival.  
§ Hotel check-out time is 12.00pm.  Any request for late check-out will be subject to hotel’s availability.

Guarantee Policy
In order to ensure that your reservation is guaranteed and held until the guest’s arrival time, we would require the following to be provided two (2) working days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
§ A written confirmation on company’s letterhead with direct billing account
§ Credit card with cardholder’s name, card type / number and expiry date
§ Pre-payment of one night’s accommodation charge

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you or your travelers need to cancel a confirmed reservation at our hotel, they must contact our hotel’s reservation at (8621) 5237 8888 via e-mail: reservationshanghai@sukhothai.com, or your travel agency at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of arrival to cancel the reservation.  

Once a cancellation number is received, the reservation is officially cancelled.  Failure to contact the hotel to cancel a guaranteed reservation twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date will result in a late cancellation charge of one night's accommodation charge and the remaining nights will be released automatically.  

No Show Charge
Should your guest with a guaranteed reservation do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a one-night room charge will be levied as a no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
