[SHA2022002Q] Invitation to Quote for Comprehensive Maintenance of the Retractable Bollard System for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai

Dear SingCham Shanghai Members,  

The Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai is pleased to invite interested companies to submit quotation proposals for the comprehensive maintenance of the retractable bollard system at the Consulate-General. The Invitation to Quote has been posted on the Consulate-General’s website at https://www.mfa.gov.sg/Overseas-Mission/Shanghai/Procurement-Opportunities. Interested parties can write to the undersigned to request for the full set of tender documents.

There will be a mandatory on-site site briefing on 6 September 2022 (Tuesday), 10.00am (Shanghai Time) at the Consulate-General. Interested companies should register the name of their representative(s), identification number and contact number at feng.liang@cpgfm.com.sg.

The closing date for tender submission is 9 September 2022 (Friday), 1630hrs. The Schedule of Tenders Received and Award Notice shall be posted on the Consulate-General’s bulletin board.
