We share below an Invitation to Tender Notice from the Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai for your kind attention.

The Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai is pleased to invite interested companies to submit tender proposals for the Upgrade of the Residential Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System at the Consulate-General. The Invitation to Tender has been posted on GeBiz as well as the Consulate’s website at https://www.mfa.gov.sg/Overseas-Mission/Shanghai/Procurement-Opportunities. Interested parties can write to the undersigned to request for the full set of tender documents.

There will be an on-site site briefing on 21 July 2022 (Thursday), 10.00am (Shanghai Time) at the Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai. Interested companies should register the name of their representative(s), identification number and contact number at feng.liang@cpgfm.com.sg.

The closing date for tender submission is 5 August 2022 (Friday), 1630hrs.
