2022年“恒生杯”羽毛球友谊赛: 中国新加坡商会-上海 V.S. 上海市香港商会

On the sunny Saturday afternoon of 26 November 2022, SingCham-Shanghai and the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China (HKCCC) co-organised a friendly Inter-chamber Badminton Tournament.

中国新加坡商会-上海和上海市香港商会于2022年11月26日下午共同举办了一场羽毛球友谊赛。

SingCham-Shanghai Badminton Club players gathered for a warmup and training session in the morning. Supporters, volunteers, and cheerleadering group joined in for lunch with the players. Singapore Consul-General in Shanghai, Mr. Chua TengHoe, and Mrs. Chua arrived at the tournament venue to support our Singapore team as well.

中国新加坡商会-上海的球员们在比赛当日上午一起进行热身和训练。支持者、志愿者和拉拉队们在上午11点左右前来与球员们共进午餐。新加坡驻上海总领事蔡簦合先生及夫人也来到比赛场地为我们的队伍加油助威。

Mrs. Laura Choi of HKETO and Mr. Alex Wong, Chairman of HKCCC pitched in to support the Hong Kong team.

香港特别行政区政府驻上海经济贸易办事处主任蔡亮女士和上海市香港商会会长黄有权先生也加入来支持香港代表队。

The friendly tournament started at 1 p.m. with HKCCC Chairman, SingCham-Shanghai Vice Chairman, Singapore Consul-General, HKETO, and team leaders giving short speeches to thank the co-organisers for their effort to closer inter-chamber ties.

羽毛球友谊赛于当日下午1点开始，上海市香港商会主席、中国新加坡商会-上海副主席、新加坡驻上海总领事、香港特别行政区政府驻上海经济贸易办事处及各代表团团长分别发表了简短的讲话，感谢两家商会举办这次比赛，也进一步加强了彼此之间的联系。

SingCham-Shanghai team, against the backdrop of passionate supporters and cheerleaders, eventually won the men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and the overall team championship.

在啦啦队热情的支持下，中国新加坡商会-上海队最终获得了男子双打、女子双打、混合双打和团体总冠军。

The tournament was sponsored by Hang Seng Bank, Yonex, ZhengDa Group, Coca Cola, AVID Design Group, MSJ Shirley, Element one, Ch22 and supported by Raffles Hospital with a medical team on site.
